Hallå Konsument SEInk & Artisan provides print studio services for personalised gifts and small merchandise runs, subject to file review, material availability, and studio capacity. Any order details, quantities, variants, and production method are confirmed only after review of the submitted information.

Prices, deposits, and payment terms are confirmed on a project basis. Payment may be requested by card, bank transfer, or cash on collection, and any deposit or balance due will be stated in the relevant quotation or order confirmation.
Orders may require artwork review, a name or personalisation list check, and approval of a digital proof before production begins. The studio may decline or pause work if files are unsuitable, information is incomplete, or the requested work cannot be completed within available capacity.
All customer-supplied artwork, text, names, logos, and other content remain the customer's responsibility, including any rights needed to use them. Ink & Artisan does not transfer or license third-party rights unless this is expressly agreed in writing.

To the extent permitted by law, Ink & Artisan is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, and is not responsible for errors arising from customer-provided content, approved proofs, or material variations between screens, batches, or different substrates. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
These terms are governed by the laws applicable in Sweden, and any dispute should first be raised with Ink & Artisan in good faith. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it may be brought before the competent court or authority in Sweden.
